1. 為什麼做這個？1. Why did we build this?

近年有大量華語人士移居英國。對很多新移民來說，NHS 的「分層、預約、轉介」制度，和原本熟悉的看醫生方式差別很大，常常不知道「應該先去哪裡」。

In recent years, many Chinese-speaking people have moved to the UK. For many new immigrants, the NHS system of “layered services, appointments and referrals” is very different from the way of seeing a doctor they were used to before, and they often do not know “where should I go first”.

語言和制度的雙重不熟悉，可能令人延遲求助，甚至走錯求助的地方。我們希望用簡單中文，把這條「就醫的路」鋪得清楚一點，讓新移民少一點徬徨。

Being unfamiliar with both the language and the system may delay people seeking help, or even lead them to the wrong place for help. We hope to use simple bilingual language to make this “road to healthcare” clearer, so that new immigrants feel a little less lost.

很多實用的資訊和準備方法，其實「有需要的人很需要，但未必知道在哪裡找」。把這些整理在一起、用中文講清楚，就是英醫路想做的事。

A lot of practical information and ways to prepare are things that “people who need them really need, but may not know where to find”. Organising these together and explaining them clearly in bilingual language is what Health Road England aims to do.

2. 我們做什麼2. What we do

英醫路圍繞四個方向：

Health Road England focuses on four areas:

1. 制度理解 — 用中文解釋 NHS 的分層服務（社區藥房、GP、NHS 111、UTC、A&E），幫你分清什麼情況去哪裡。System understanding — explain the layered NHS services in bilingual language (community pharmacy, GP, NHS 111, UTC, A&E), helping you understand which situation goes where.
2. 求診準備 — 教你怎樣登記 GP、認識 NHS number 和 NHS App，以及看醫生前要講什麼、帶什麼、做什麼。Appointment preparation — teach you how to register with a GP, understand NHS number and NHS App, and what to say, bring and do before seeing a doctor.
3. 行政支援 — 解釋常見的 NHS 行政流程（轉介、預約信、驗血通知等），收到時知道怎樣處理。Administrative support — explain common NHS administrative processes (referrals, appointment letters, blood test notices and more), so you know how to handle them when you receive them.
4. 實用資源 — 整理就診準備相關的資料、清單和輔助工具。Practical resources — organise reference materials, checklists and supporting tools related to appointment preparation.

3. 我們不做什麼3. What we do not do

英醫路是一個資訊導航工具，不是醫療服務提供者。我們：

Health Road England is an information navigation tool, not a healthcare provider. We:

• 不提供醫療診斷、治療方案或處方建議do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment plans or prescription advice
• 不取代 GP、NHS 111、A&E 或任何持牌醫療人員do not replace GP, NHS 111, A&E or any licensed healthcare professional
• 不做 AI 病情評估，也不聲稱任何療效do not carry out AI condition assessment, and do not claim any medical effect
• 不收集可識別你身份的健康資料do not collect identifiable health data

本網站內容主要根據 NHS 官方來源整理，包括 nhs.uk、gov.uk、england.nhs.uk 等。我們盡量引用官方資料，並在需要時提醒你向官方查證。

The content on this website is mainly organised from official NHS sources, including nhs.uk, gov.uk, england.nhs.uk and others. We try to cite official information and, when needed, remind you to check with official sources.

英醫路是一個獨立資訊項目。為了維持網站運作，部分頁面包含 Amazon 聯盟連結（已清楚披露）。我們也規劃在未來與持牌私家 GP 合作，提供更清楚的查詢或服務資訊入口（仍在規劃中）。任何商業合作，我們都會清楚標明。

Health Road England is an independent information project. To maintain the website, some pages contain Amazon affiliate links (clearly disclosed). We also plan to work with licensed private GPs in future to provide clearer enquiry or service information entry points (still in planning). Any commercial partnership will be clearly marked.
