1. 我們不收集甚麼1. What we do not collect

• 不收集可識別你身份的健康資料。We do not collect identifiable health data.
• 不需要登入，也沒有帳號系統。No login is required, and there is no account system.
• 記錄工具是空白 可列印表格，網站不提供健康資料輸入、帳號儲存或瀏覽器儲存功能。The recording tools are blank printable forms. The website does not provide health-data input, account storage or browser-saved health records.

換句話說，HRE 不會收集、儲存或查看你填在紙本表格上的健康資料。表格由你自行列印、手寫及保管。

In other words, HRE does not collect, store or view health information you write on printed forms. You print, fill in and keep the forms yourself.

語言偏好Language preference

為了記住你選擇的語言（中文或英文），我們會在你的瀏覽器存一個小設定（本機瀏覽器儲存設定（localStorage））。這只用於顯示語言，不涉及身份。

To remember the language you choose (Chinese or English), we store a small setting in your browser (localStorage). This is only used for displaying language and does not involve identity.

網站流量統計（Google Analytics 4）Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)

為了了解網站有多少人使用、哪些頁面較受歡迎，我們使用 Google Analytics 4（GA4）。GA4 只會在你按下「允許流量統計」後載入及設定分析用小型文字檔（cookies）；如你拒絕，分析程式不會載入。

To understand how many people use the website and which pages are more popular, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 loads and sets analytics cookies only after you select “Allow analytics”. If you decline, the analytics script does not load.

• 廣告功能關閉：Google Signals、廣告儲存、廣告個人化及相關廣告資料使用均已停用。Advertising features are off: Google Signals, ad storage, ad personalisation and related advertising data use are disabled.

Google processes this data under its own terms. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. We review aggregate traffic reports and do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

3. 病徵點心紙工具3. Symptom Notes tool

本網站設有「病徵點心紙 / Symptom Notes」工具，幫助你把身體位置、病徵感覺及求診資料整理成中英對照的重點紙。此工具只作翻譯及求診準備用途，並非診斷工具。

This website includes a “Symptom Notes / 病徵點心紙” tool that helps you organise body-part words, symptom words and appointment information into a bilingual point-form note. It is a translation and appointment-preparation aid only, not a diagnostic tool.

• 我們不收集你的姓名、聯絡資料、郵政編碼、完整病徵點心紙，或任何可直接識別你的資料。We do not collect your name, contact details, postcode, full symptom notes, or anything that can directly identify you.
• 我們不會儲存你生成的病徵點心紙內容，不會儲存自由輸入文字，亦不會建立個人檔案。We do not store the symptom notes you create. We do not store free text. We do not create a user profile.
• 你在工具內選擇或輸入的所有內容只停留在你的裝置畫面上，不會被傳送到任何伺服器。Everything you choose or type in the tool stays on your screen only and is not sent to any server.

工具內可自願選擇這張點心紙所描述的人之年齡組別及性別組別。這些選項目前只會顯示在你自己生成的點心紙上，不會被傳送或儲存。日後如我們加入匿名及聚合的工具使用統計（例如哪些身體部位或醫療詞彙最多人查詢），我們會在本頁更新說明；任何此類統計都不會包含完整點心紙、自由輸入文字或可識別個人的資料。

You may optionally choose an age group and sex group for the person the note is about. These currently appear only in the note you generate — they are not sent or stored. If we later add anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (for example which body-part words or medical terms are looked up most often), we will update this page; any such statistics would never include full symptom notes, free text, or anything that can identify an individual.

On your first visit, you can choose “Reject analytics” or “Allow analytics”. The website remembers your choice in localStorage. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. After withdrawal, GA4 stops receiving new data and the site attempts to remove GA analytics cookies set by this website.

To clear local data from the recording tools, you can delete individual records on your device or clear browser data.
